Room in Ouseburn flat, own bathroom, nice location

Room available with some furnishings (queen sized bed & desk) small closet and large next door bathroom (bath+shower).

The shared space is like a living room kitchen.
Building complex is a few years old, has underground parking and a small gym in the complex.

Looking for a decent, friendly person ideally as soon as possible, someone like minded and chill. I'll probably have more common ground with creatives as I like animation/design/3D stuff but thats not a deal breaker.

I'm pretty easy going, sociable but also enjoy my own time, I work odd shift hours and sometimes wfh. Most of my days off, I am indulging in one of my one too many hobbies or hanging out with friends or gaming (which is kind of both).
