Looking for a high-end, mature, respectful place to live while you focus on your work or studies? I’m offering rooms to rent in this stunning, large 5 bedroom detached house, in a calm courtyard in East Boldon, surrounded by meadows and 10 mins walk from East Boldon station.

I’m a live in landlord, but will be away a lot of the time and when I’m at home I will mostly be in my garden office/bedroom.

I prefer to rent to professionals or postgraduate students (Master’s, PhD) who appreciate a quiet, tidy, and respectful living environment.

Room & House Features:
Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, stand/sit electrically powered desk, double wardrobe, and plenty of natural light.
House: Shared access to a beautiful, large kitchen/diner with double fridge freezer, a stunning, cozy living room with high-end tv and sound system, and clean, high-spec bathroom with walk-in shower - and a downstairs wc. We keep the place in great shape, so if you value a well-maintained home, you’ll feel right at ease.

Location Highlights:
We’re in a calm, beautiful, yet convenient spot in East Boldon - 12 min walk to East Boldon metro station and 3 min walk to shop/post office.

What I’m Looking For:
Someone who’s considerate, reliable, and good at sharing a home respectfully. I’m offering a peaceful place where you can get on with your work or studies without hassle.

Rent Details:
Rent is £750 per month, including all bills. I’ll ask for a reference and a deposit.
