Double room for rent

This is a two bedroom semidetached house in a nice quiet area. There is a drive suitable for two cars with additional on street parking if required. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, one freezer and a shared living space with a TV and sofa and dining table. There is also a conservatory which is really nice in the summer. There is also a utility room for additional storage and workspace if required. The house has a nice garden a mix between grass and patio area. There is one bathroom with a bathtub sink and toilet and then the master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. If the shower is needed we can work with periods of access.

I am a 27-year-old professional and I work in Gosforth, hybrid so can work from home occasionally. I am quiet and respectful. I enjoy going to the gym and cooking and other outdoor activities like fishing. I also enjoy a good holiday, a pint in the Sun and I’m also a snowboarder.
