You'll be living on a nice street with excellent access to the city. The centre is 15min by car and less than 30min by bus, and the bus stop is only 3min walk from the house. There's also off street parking at the door.

You won't be asked for a deposit. I just ask for two months rent to start with, with no charge for your final month.
