A beautiful large double bedroom and a smaller double available in our charming Victorian cottage style house. Comfortable rooms boasting original open fireplaces.

Furnished with a double bed; a bedside cabinet; chest of drawers; dressing table cum desk and wardrobe.

There is a large shared bathroom with cast iron roll-top bath and a separate shower.

The fitted kitchen & dining room has all the usual amenities. Utility area has a large American style side by side fridge freezer with ice machine and water dispenser. There is a 9kg capacity washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

An excellent commuter location, transport facilities on the doorstep include the Metro and local buses. Ideally located for access to the airport and the city centre; ten minutes ride on the Metro to the city centre; fifteen minutes ride to the airport; five minutes in either direction to Tesco, ASDA, Boots and other shops. Aldi and other local shops, chemists and takeaways are also nearby.

Energy bills are paid separately.
