Double room to rent out

(I’m not picky I promise I just yap in this it’s my first time doing this hence the long paragraph haha) Hey I’m a new renter looking to rent out my other room, the house is furnished now but I value my privacy so message me for the updated photos. I’m a worker saving up for 10-12 months to move in with my long distance gf in Manchester. I’m looking for someone hygienic and clears up after themselves I won’t be your mum. I’m a very clean person due to being on the spectrum I don’t mind a little mess but please it’s my one ask just have house manners. This house is located near Washington galleries where there is direct transport links to Newcastle Sunderland and from my house there is a bus to Durham. I don’t mind music and noise but be mindful of neighbours. I don’t mind guests I trust if you’re a decent person you know who is respectful. If you’re a smoker there’s a back yard the tenant doesn’t allow smokers. Council tax band A. I can cook well and in terms of shopping you can either get your own stuff or we can split with the same stuff as long as you don’t eat microwave meals and processed foods I mostly eat clean. In terms of me I’m an extrovert but I don’t mind if you keep yourself to yourself or not up to you, I’m easy going and don’t judge whatsoever and I can get along with anyone. I like reading and sciences and archeology and ancient history and I love podcasts. I don’t have music loud I usually just wear my headphones. I like outdoors and I have an Xbox that I rarely play. If you don’t have money for furnishing your own room I can help. There’s already a single bed frame in there but if you want something bigger I will happily get something for you providing it is a reasonable price or I can just put money towards it providing you’re serious about renting with me.
