The houseshare is a large three-storey house located on Sydney Grove, Arthur’s Hill, and is
set in a leafy and peaceful area of the neighborhood, suitable for postgraduate students and
young professionals. This multicultural street is known for its sense of community, so we are
looking to build a home-share made up of likeminded people who are looking for a friendly and
relaxed living environment.
The property is ideally located minutes from bus links ___ and 20 minutes walk (downhill) to
the city center.
All three rooms feature double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, and have just been
refurbished while maintaining the quirky character of the property.
We have recently refurbished the backyard by adding two fully rainproofed conservatories
which are perfect for hosting dinner parties and socials during the warmer months and grow
plants and vegetables all year around, if gardening is your sort of thing.
Furthermore, the spacious living room can be used as a spare room if you have friends
visiting. The house still doesn’t have much artwork of the walls (especially in the new
conservatories) so if you would like to bring something you already have and help us make it
into a home, we would absolutely love that!
