I work fairly normal hours during the week on various projects, from home some days.
Generally try to get out and about at weekends, have friends round for dinner/drinks and go to gigs or ventures through the week.

Handy shops nearby, and Co-Op or Morrisons not quite a 10 minute walk.
Few minutes to the bus stop for No. 12, 36, 63 and more.
On street parking and use of drive when I'm away.

Occasionally dog sit, so may have a little pal here from time to time. The flat is deep cleaned after they stay, though of course can't guarantee allergen-free.
