We have 4 double rooms available to rent in a friendly and welcoming house, located in the NE4 area. The house is conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to travel around, and just a 1-minute walk from West Road, where you’ll find a variety of grocery and food shops.

The house is currently shared by 4 female students, and will be leaving by the end of August start of September . We are looking for students to join us in this lovely home. The property is also just a short distance from the city centre, perfect for easy access to everything you need.

The property features a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a downstairs toilet for your convenience.
