You have your own washer dryer and fridge freezer and plenty of storage with cooking facilities.
You have your own private parking and private access including outside space.
All bills included; gas, electric, superfast WiFi, water, Council Tax.
Professionals preferred and it's suitable for couples.
Pets considered but one tenant upstairs has severe allergies.
Long-term tenants preferred but grown-up students considered.
Rent is 850pcm or 900 for a couple and the deposit is 600 which can be paid over a couple of months.
