The colourful pearl

This house, like its residents (including Pearl the cat) has plenty of character. It is peaceful, yet also full of energy and life, being in the multi-cultural west end of Newcastle, with parks, shops and good transport links all nearby. You can park on the drive and/or walk into town. The bigger room available looks out onto a serene back garden. We enjoy cooking, music, meeting people from different cultures, and work in the arts and social sectors.
The space
A steep drive from the street leads to a couple of steps into the front door. An entry way leads to open plan downstairs living areas and kitchen and French doors out to a lovely large back garden with mature trees and fire pit. Upstairs is a bath/shower room and 3 bedrooms (the 3rd is very small). There are some lovely period features including ceiling roses, stained glass and period fireplace. There is covered and secured outdoor storage space for a bike if needed.
