Town House is fantastic and we are due to move in the beginning of November 2014, we are ideally looking for a flatmate for a long term let, although short term lets of 6 months maybe considered.

Room to be let now 10th November, possible slightly earlier upon discussion.

Private Bedroom and Private Bathroom, downstairs toilet. Ammenties include, Kitchen, dishwasher, Garden front and back, shared communal space, dining room, living room. Wireless internet available, TV and all other bills included.

Deposit required of £390 and months rent up front which is £390 inclusive of all bills.

Shorter term lets other than 3-6 months not likely to be considered. References from currently employer and previous landlord will be required.
