Saltwell Park is at the end of the street and there are regular transport links into Newcastle (30 mins) or Durham.

I am pretty laid back and appreciate my own space so will respect yours. I am not a fan of drama, I find a straightforward approach much easier. I love to spend time out with my dog; she is small but a big character and is always excited to get to know a new human.

This is a room to rent as a lodger, not a house share., but I have been very lucky with lodgers in the past and we have always become friends. I think it is very important for both parties to be 100% comfortable so I will take time to find the right individual.
