Double ottoman bed

Hi my names Charley, Im looking for someone to move into my spare room. Im a mature student studying a masters in occupational therapy. The room is set within a 2 bed Tyneside flat and will come with bills included. The room comes furnished with a double bed (ottoman bed) and wardrobe, alongside 2 x bedside tables and a lamp. I do have a cat and would consider someone with a pet! There’s parking outside and it’s a short walk to Gateshead stadium metro. It’s a 30 min walk to the city centre. Outside is some seating and a fire pit perfect for the summer! I work in healthcare around uni and I’m into the gym and running. looking for someone who can move in asap. The living room has a 3 seater sofa and an armchair alongside freshly restored original flooring. There’s a dining table with beautiful thonet style chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need (including a ninja creami lol). I’m looking for someone social but will not accommodate parties, afters or excessive amounts of guests.
