I'm a busy, single professional parent away most weekends, who lives with my teenage daughter (college student, studying for exams) and loft room tenant in this house. We are quiet, friendly and welcoming with a loving Golden Retriever dog, who lives downstairs only (and away with me on weekends)

Looking for a degree/post-graduate degree student or professional who seeks longer-term accommodation.

Two bathrooms. Full use of house including shared sitting room (not used by loft room tenant, and only occasionally by us), newly-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer. Brand-new bathroom complete with walk-in shower and freestanding bath. Access to seated area in decked back yard. Separate utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer, airer, & outside clothes line in back decked yard.

Separate Iron & ironing board, clothes airer, laundry basket & space heater provided in room at no extra cost.

Broadband, TV, electric, water & gas all included in monthly rent. £50 per month for Council Tax B is also been included in the rent amount.
