Looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy when she moves out end of August.

Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and small chest of drawers, and has room for a decent sized desk. You will have your own bathroom as my room has an ensuite.

The flat has a spacious living area and kitchen, and its own balcony which looks over the Tyne. It also comes with its own parking space, I don't drive so its all yours!

Bit about me: I'm a 25 year old professional looking for others at similar stage of life. I'm quite active with running, netball, and climbing but also enjoy chill evenings gaming and crafting. Enjoy socialising but also appreciate my own downtime.
