Hi everyone! I'm currently living in this lovely 5-bedroom house share on Hillfield Street, Bensham, Gateshead. Unfortunately, due to a change in my personal circumstances, I'll be moving out before 23th November, so I'm looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my room.
The room is a lovely double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, and the rent is £590 per month, including all bills and Wi-Fi.
The house has a modern shared kitchen and lounge, and you'll be sharing with four other tenants. Everyone is genuinely lovely, friendly and respectful, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood is also nice and peaceful.
I've had a good experience living here, and I'm only leaving because my circumstances have changed.
