I have 2 double room
S available and hope to find someone who is clean, tidy, and considerate to move in with us. Note that I have 2 cats (Mao Mao and Leo), very well-tempered and very affectionate. Please make sure that you are ok with this as they will be free to wander the house (except your room).

The house is located in an upmarket area of Gateshead, facing Newcastle city, separated by the Tyne river. It has generous-sized shared areas: a garden, study room, living room, and kitchen. If you drive, there are plenty of private parking in front of the property, couple minutes into the A1. If you don't drive, it is a 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop, 10-15mins to the metro station (Gateshead), Tesco Extra, and Trinity Mall (VUE cinema and Gateshead high street). Walking to the Central Train Station takes 30 minutes.

I am a healthcare professional and have hosted many lodgers who were here for a year or two professionals who did their training/work in Newcastle, including nearby hospitals (Queen Elizabeth, North Tees, Durham, RVI, South Tees, etc) and those who move out of their parent's house for the first time, those freshly graduated from university and entering the working world.

We are all professionals. Very friendly people. This is not a big house share and limited to 2 lodgers only, so there will be plenty of space for all.
