All present tenants are welcoming and everyone is studying or in employment. Anyone studying postgraduate courses at local universities or colleges are very welcome. The house is located in a quiet street and the room is perfect for study or just to relax in. Communal lounge. Fast Wi-Fi.

Each room has a 30 minute legally mandatory fire door and there is an inter-linked smoke fire alarm system throughout the house. The property has been inspected by Gateshead Council.

Off-street car parking permit available (£25 for year) and there are bicycle/motorbike lock down points at rear of property for anyone wishing to commute to work or place of study by own transport.

Tesco Express shop is a few hundred yards away from the house. A bus every 10 minutes into Newcastle city centre.

There is no smoking in the house but backyard to rear of house has table and bench seats for those who do wish to smoke.
