Hi, I'm Katrina!
I have a cosy single room to let, for a maximum of 4 months, in my quiet, clean and spacious house in Gosforth. The room has a single bed, large wardrobe with shelves, bedside unit and lamp, full length wall mirror, small table and chair. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Extra toilet downstairs. I am a live in landlady, retired teacher with an active lifestyle. There is one other lodger, (female). We are a quiet but friendly household. Close to Regent Centre transport links, ideal for the airport, very close to library, Leisure Centre, and Gosforth Civic Theatre, easy access into the city centre, univerities and RVI hospital.
