A homely first floor flat which benefits from south facing floor-ceiling windows and balcony, an open plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Washing machine and dishwasher. Coffee machine and air fryer.

Located 5-6 mins walk from South Gosforth metro. Parking and cycle racks.

Double bedroom with built in wardrobe. Currently unfurnished but can be furnished. Fast Wi-Fi. Bills would be split.

I live at the property. I’m looking for a likeminded professional of similar age, male or female.

Must be clean and tidy, respectful of space/noise at times as I do work shifts. Happy to have someone who also works shifts.

I enjoy exploring the outdoors, running and equally as much as watching netflix. A lot of my time is at work but other than that I’m a regular at the gym and occasionally like to go out for a drink! Thanks 👍
