Double room in house in Gosforth

New kitchen

Hi I'm James a live in landlord renting out a room. The house is based in Coxlodge area of Gosforth in a three bedroom household, living with myself. I am a full time professional. I keep the house in a good condition and suitable for someone who likes somewhere well maintained.
The room is a double with double bed, clothing rack and chest of drawers. New blinds have also been installed.
The house has a beautiful new kitchen and spacious living area along with spacious bathroom. Whoever moves in can have full use of these areas.
All bills are included including Internet usage.
I am looking for someone tidy and respectable and although not looking for someone to socialise with, I would like to live with someone friendly.
The house is an 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station ( I timed it myself) and there is a bus stop at the end of my street which goes into town regularly.
The area is very quiet and not much noise at night time at all.
