Hi, my name is Tegan and I am looking for a sociable, friendly, clean & tidy female to share my 2-bed flat with. The property is 10mins walk from Gosforth High Street, 15mins to Regent Centre Metro, opposite a large playing field and 10mins to the Town Moor.
The room is a small double room furnished with a bedside table, wardrobe, shelves and mirror. The flat has a large kitchen-dining room, spacious lounge, bathroom and a small garden. There is plenty on on street parking next to the property.
I'd like to find a housemate who I get on with, is laidback and is clean & tidy. I work 9-5 and I'm interested in hiking, gym, sports, and socialising. The room would suit someone who is not studying/ ideally does not work from home as there is no desk/space for a desk!
