Hi everyone!
We are looking for a 3rd person to join our houseshare in South Gosforth! 🏠 We are both in our mid to late twenties and work in healthcare (one dentist and one doctor).

It’s in an ideal location as it is only a minute walk away from South Gosforth metro station in a quiet area with nearby shops (including a large Lidl!), restaurants and pubs 🍺

The third room is spacious and has an ensuite bathroom. Furniture is provided. It’s technically a 5-bed property but we have an agreement with the landlady to let as a 3, with potential to extend. The other 2 double rooms are a bit smaller but can be used flexibly.

Rent is £610/month including broadband, and water is £18/month per person. Gas and electricity are variable. Council tax band C.

We have a spacious living room with a large TV! The kitchen has a dining area and also has a separate washing machine and dryer. There is also a little back garden!

We are both sociable gals and enjoy housemates nights in, going out for drinks and trips to the beach.
