-huge double glass doors open to Juliet balcony (brilliant in summer)

-additional cupboard for storage

Location:
- 2 min walk to regent centre metro station/bus terminal, amazingly connected, 7 mins on the bus to city centre with buses coming every 3-6 mins, metro to city centre in less that 10 mins.
- 5 min walk to massive Asda/m&s food hall
- 5 min walk to Gosforth high street for plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops, gyms, etc.

Price:
-REDUCED RENT! - £575pcm (very cheap for the area/the apartment)
-Bills are around £130ish per month (water, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas)

About me!
-I’ve been living in this apartment for over a year and it’s brilliant for the location and for the type of apartment it’s a steal!
- I’m 29 and work in the events industry so don’t be surprised if I disappear for a week at a time to travel to run events.
-I’m clean and friendly, always up for a laugh and a night in or grab a pint down the pub, but also respect peoples space and chilled time!
