Looking for someone to move in between mid-September and mid-October.
Council Tax Band A
I am moving to be closer to my work in Durham and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my lovely, cosy room.
The flat is about a 3-5 minute walk from South Gosforth metro station, so it's very well connected. It's about a 5 minute walk to a Sainsbury's, or a 10 minute walk to a Lidl. It's about 10-15 minute's walk from Gosforth High Street, and the area is generally quite quiet. I've never felt unsafe walking about at night as a young woman.
You would be moving in with Lyndsey who has been an amazing flatmate! She is clean and quiet, but also great for a chat over a cuppa or a little drink at one of the cute pubs nearby. Lyndsey would prefer another female flatmate to move in.
In terms of furnishings for the room, the bed and mattress belong to the flat. The bed has two drawers in its base. The room does come with a cloth wardrobe, not pictured here, as well as the chest of drawers pictured. The clothes rail pictured is mine, as are the bookshelves, the mirror, and the side table.
If you have any questions or would like to come and have a look at the flat, please get in touch :)
