Im looking for a male or female lodger for a single room to rent in Hazelrigg Newcastle, for both students and professionals. It’s close by to shops and post office and has a bus stop right outside the front gate which provides transportation to Newcastle airport and Kingston park. There is also a bus top nearby going towards Newcastle city centre. I’m looking for someone who’s clean and tidy and will keep my house in good condition. They need to comfortable living with another male (Me) and sometimes I will my pet Dog staying with me who’s very friendly and very chilled out. I’m a person with no restriction to food and drinks so need someone who’ comfortable with this.
