Beutiful house, one person short-need a housemate

We are graduate art students (1 boy 2 girls) looking for somebody to join us in our house. We are located at 33 Simonside Terrace (the top end between Heaton Rd and Chillingham Rd) The house is large and spacious with an open-plan kitchen (with amazing kitchen table), massive living room and four large double-bedrooms. The room available also comes with a separate room which can be used as a study/music practice room/studio. Back garden (complete with BBQ and veg patch..) Easy access to Chillingham Rd shops, metro and bus route into town. Rent is £63 pppw

I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. the level of cleanliness is best described as clean. we party at weekends.

it's a 3 person co-ed household. Age 22 - 23. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is creative/ media. I do not have any pets. we do smoke in the house.
