I would like to welcome you to my newly renovated Victorian house with original period features throughout. In each room, you will enjoy an original feature of the Victorian age with your own fireplace. All rooms are really larger than average room with high ceiling and big windows. Briefly comprising of Entrance hall with Victorian staircase to the first floor, access to the lounge and rear dining room. Modern kitchen with new amenities accesses to rear yard. There is also private parking for 2 cars and on-street free parking.

Located within proximity of city center (15 min walking, 5 min. by bus) and transportation links, you can still enjoy 2 main parks of Newcastle within a short walk (Heaton Park in 2 min walk) for the sports enthusiast.

The house is located 1 min away from the bus stop that is very frequent and brings you directly to city centre (5 min depending on traffic).

The neighborhood is calm and very safe with easy access to a vibrant community (Chillingham road - 5min walk) full of little shops and cafés as well as supermarkets. All in short walking distance.

The house is located within a short walking distance (10 min radius) from plenty of specialised restaurants and cafes (e. g. Vegetarian, breakfast, Indian, Italian, healthy). I have tried them quite all, so happy to help.
- 1 min walk and you can find different takeaways (Chinese, vegetarian, Indian, etc). in addition to the corner shop.
- 2 min walk and you can find the famous Heaton Park .
- 5 min walk and you will be able to shop at Morrison's superstore.
- 5 min walk and you will find an array of restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, British, Fish&ships, etc)
- 10 min walk and you will find the metro stop of Chillingham road.
- 10 min walk and you will find a Newcastle shopping park where you can have the ASDA superstore, TKMAXX, JD Sports, Argos, 1poundland and other shops.
- 15 min walk from the famous Jesmond Dene Park.
