Sunny double room in Heaton, furnished or part/unfurnished as needed. £570 inc. bills.

I’ve lived here for four years after moving back from London where I lived for a decade, after living abroad for a few years. I work remotely for an environmental charity based in London, I travel a lot with work and for fun (the freedom of remote working), also in London quite frequently so you’d have the flat to yourself for periods of time.

It’s technically a three bed flat, so two social rooms. I have quite eclectic taste and lots of influences from travel etc. So minimalists need not apply! But there’s plenty of room for your things also (and loft space). There’s also a yard that is nice for sunset drinks in summer. It needs some love if you fancy a project!

When I am in Newcastle I’m normally out and about a few nights of the week, I’m active, enjoy music and art/creative pursuits, and my family are in Northumberland so I’m out there often too. Also enjoy the coast and trips out to walking spots etc.

Looking for interesting, easy going flatmate who is responsible. I’m very open and nonjudgmental.

Finally, I have a cat. She’s low stress and mostly friendly!
