We’re looking for another professional to move into our flat from mid/late-June (TBC - please let me know when you want to move in). We’ve found 1 girl on buddy up & we’re looking for 1 more!
It’s a newly refurbed top-floor flat in Chillingham Road. The room is next to the shared living room & a shared bathroom (2 people) with a street-facing window.
We’re very chill & sociable! Like to keep spaces (especially shared ones) clean as possible but we’re not crazy strict! We like good music, good food, and the occasional night out but also love downtime & nights in w friends!! All of us are professionals, I work in the music industry, one works in hospitality, and the other works at the uni.
Rent is v cheap for the space & the landlord is very helpful - with bills it should come to around £500 per month. 2 of us are moving in from the start of June & 1 already lives there.
