Large room available in lovely Heaton flat

Moving out of my room to move in with my boyfriend. Sad to leave as the room is huge, with incredible built in storage, and my flatmate is lovely.

Rent is £498.50 per month and deposit is £498.50. I’ve been living here with a dog who’s moving out with me obviously, but if you have a pet the landlord will be fine with it. My flatmate is also fine with dogs.

Ground floor, no problems at all safety wise but there is damp sometimes. We run dehumidifiers and it works great. I’ve no health conditions so haven’t noticed any issues really, but might not be ideal if you have asthma.

Bills normally come to £80/month for WiFi/gas/electic/water, and £80/month for council tax (I believe, I’m a student so mine is reduced).

My flatmate is a lovely guy. Works a lot as a doctor, so out for long periods of time. Also travels a lot and spends time at his girlfriends, so the flat is empty for big chunks of time. He’s a great cook and has a fancy coffee machine he’ll let you use.

The room itself has incredible amounts of storage, so great if you have lots of stuff to store. The desk, bedroom lamps, foot stools and rugs are mine, so you might need to replace some things if you want them.
