Double Room Available in 3-bed Flatshare in Heaton

We're looking for someone to fill the 3rd room in our flat due to our current housemate moving in with her boyfriend.

We're both engineers, with one of us working full time and the other going into the final year of a PhD. We spend a lot of time together as a house, going to the gym together most mornings and watching TV or a movie after work. We're both very laid back, and like playing and watching sports and are always up for a pint.

The flat is an upstairs flat in Heaton on a quiet pedestrianised street, 6 minutes walk from Chillingham Road Metro and multiple bus stops at the end of the road. There's also on street parking available.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside able, chest of drawers, desk and a large double window so is very bright and airy. The rest of the flat has a shared bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living room.

Per person, Rent is £468.65 per month and bills usually come to around £60 per month on top of that, with the tenancy running until September 2027. Council Tax Band A (~£88 per month)
