Unfortunately both of my current housemates (who from living together have turned into great friends) are both moving to different cities for work end of August so there are 2 rooms available from the 29th August - the estate agents look after the tenancy so will have to give over details for referencing checks 2/3 weeks before latest they’ve said ☺️
The house is warm and cosy with a big lounge area perfect for watching tv and chilling in, a spacious kitchen, 2 available decent sized bedrooms, a bathroom and also a shower room.
Looking for 2 girls who are social and keen to go out and do things, but equally also love a chilled Netflix evening. I’m into my fitness - running and tennis in particular so added bonus if you like those! I enjoy my own time as well but would be nice to be friends and not just roommates ☺️
