Central Heaton Tenancy Takeover

I’m moving out mid August and would love to find someone to fill my room in our huge Heaton house.

The house is located right off Heaton Road, with access to the number 1 bus stop and free street parking. The house has a lovely big living room, kitchen with lots of storage and 2 shared bathrooms.

The rent is £563.33 per month, deposit is £200 which you would get back at the end of the tenancy. The bills are done through one utility and are around £81 a month and council tax is £30-40.

The room comes with the desk, desk chair (not the one in the picture), built in wardrobe, bedside table and the tall white draws. The mirror, record player stand and grey box will be coming with me.

We are quite a socialable house but also very chill at the same time. We occasionally spend time together but also value our own space. They are all professionals so the house during the day is very quiet.
