Tenancy takeover 26/27

Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year 26/27.
I have had a change of plans and no longer need the tenancy.

It’s a 5 bed 3 bathroom house on Meldon terrace in Heaton, shared with 4 other lovely girls. They all social, fun and some of my good friends, so easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. 3 of them will be 3rd year students after each doing placement years at Newcastle and northumbria and 1 is in full time work.

Would be a girl preferably taking over as it is an all girls house. Tenancy is 01/09/26 until 31/08/27.
It’s £573 a month including all bills (excluding council tax if a non student)( £132pw) I have a video of the house tour we took at the viewing also.

1st months rent and damage deposit has already been paid.
