I have a double room available in mid August for a maximum of 1 year initially, but I will consider renewal after that.
You will be sharing with myself, but you will have sole use of the entire flat as I will be spending most of the year from Aug 26 to July 27 abroad.
The flat is fully equipped with all amenities, and full fibre broadband. There is on street parking too.
The local area is very vibrant with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs around, there's also a 24 hours gym, and a large shopping centre within 4-5 minutes walk.
Local transport connections are excellent, with lots of buses, and Byker metro is a short 2min walk.
