Hi all,
My current flatmate is moving out in early September (specific date to be confirmed) and I need someone to take over his half of the tenancy.
Ideal tenant would be reasonably clean and tidy, nice, reasonably social.
I am pretty easy going and enjoy the occasional pint after work / friday nights.
Interests: tinkering on my car, cycling, hiking
Non students preferred but open to offer from anyone interested.
