Double room in High Heaton

Looking for a new housemate- lovely bright double room. Shared bathroom, huge walk in shower and cute garden.
I’m a 29 year old professional, saving up for a deposit like many other millennials/gen Zers! I’m clean and tidy and pretty laid back, but like someone who isn’t an absolute scruff and wants to help with gardening (we have to do our own garden but it’s quite a nice activity!)
I am a gym goer, who loves travel, photography, nice food and drink. There are lots of plants in the living room so i hope that is ok. Not a massive out out person these days, however I am fairly sociable and like nice dins and drinks. equally though, I have my boundaries and sometimes just need to be respectfully left alone to rot (but don’t we all)?
I don’t mind pets and love cats in particular, as long as they aren’t smelly!
I know the living room looks CGI- I promise it’s real!
Would love a flat mate who wants to be pals, not just a stranger in the house whilst respecting each other’s independence and space (: lmk if you are keen to have a wee look or chat and view x
