Double room to rent

Room to rent in Heaton, just of Chillingham Road, near a variety of different bars, cafes and shops.

There’s 4 other housemates, all working professionals. Calm and friendly house, everybody’s chatty and sociable but we all work different shifts so tend to keep to ourselves on a day to day. However we go for the occasional drink or for food together. You can be as sociably involved as you’d like, no pressure environment!

There’s a shared kitchen and living room, and there’s two bathrooms. The one photographed nobody else uses but me so unlikely to be any queues!

Double bedroom with small double bed (mattress was brought with me so very comfy, less than two years old), a smart tv, chest of drawers and wardrobe all came with the house. There’s also a tall chest of drawers and a bookshelf I brought, they can be kept or removed depending on preference!

The rent is inclusive of all bills.
