As I hope you will agree from the pictures this room is really nice. There is no living room but in the bedroom is a sofa and desk so plenty living space. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
I own the flat but am very rarely there due to work and staying at my partners/parents. My housemate is friendly and tidy but keeps to himself.
So I would say this room is perfect for someone who wants privacy and there own space rather than a social household.
All bills included, good wifi, just got a new boiler which is great we have a dish washer and washing machine.
No drive but I have never had a problem getting parking.
