In between Heaton Road and Heaton Park Road, just around the corner from all the shops and cafes, and Morrisons and Shields road shops are only 5 mins away.
Looking for clean and tidy housemates who understand and appreciate others' personal space and are civil as well as sociable.
Rent includes Council Tax, Internet, TV License and Water, but does NOT include Electricity & Gas - sorry guys but I’ve had too many people really go wild with the heating in the past so I’m not including those any more.
