The home comes with a large garden, kitchen and 2 living/tv rooms. The main bathroom is shared but less frequently used by myself as I have an ensuite.
Good transport links to Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle as well as off street parking for those with a car.
Looking for someone that is friendly and good with dogs as I share the space with my 2 large pups.
All bills included and with 2 living spaces allows a private space for you to relax on days you're not feeling very social.
A little about myself, I am outgoing and easy to get along with. I enjoy watching sport, movies, series, playing football and PlayStation. I work from home 4 days a week and in the office 1 day. I will be very respectful of your privacy and schedule and would expect you to do the same.
