Double room in family home

I have a double room available with separate office space in my family home. My family live downstairs and the room and office area are upstairs with shared use of the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden on the lower floor.

The house is undergoing renovation with the living room and garden underway while the kitchen and bathroom will be upgraded in due course but perfectly serviceable.

I have 3 cats who share the house from time to time and some bantam chickens who reside in the garden.

The garden is an allotment garden and is being cleared of its overgrowth accumulated before I bought the house last year but the section nearest the house has been cleared and is ready for peaceful enjoyment.

The area is semi-rural, in good commuting distance for Newcastle, Gateshead and Hexham whilst backing onto allotments, farmland and protected woodland. The village has essential amenities and a bus link in and away from suburbia, ideal for those wanting the tranquility of rural, community life whilst holding on to the essentials of modern living.

Please note that the fireplace is due to be tiled and have the stove installed before Christmas.
