Seeking flatmate for Jesmond 2 bed :)

Hi everyone. I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my two bed rental in Jesmond, as my lovely flatmate is moving away for work.

It’s a furnished ground floor flat (recently redecorated) with lovely high ceilings, outdoor space, a parking space, and comfy beds, in an amazing location on the bend of Osborne Road, just next to the dentist. Two bathrooms, and you’d have almost exclusive use of the larger bathroom (I only use it if I want a bath!). Rent is currently £625 p/m, and I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy at the start of September. The council tax band is B.

We are 5 minutes walk to West Jesmond Metro, and 3 minutes from Acorn Rd shops/ cafes, and Jesmond Pool/ Gym. We’ve always had positive communication with the letting agent and landlords (you never know with rentals!).

Am looking for a friendly, mature, clean & tidy professional to take over the tenancy. I’m a 30 year old graduate, working at Newcastle Uni. I like living in a peaceful, cosy home and I’m friendly, sociable and considerate. I enjoy running, veggie food, feminism, films and tv, and nights out to comedy / music gigs. I would love to be friends with the person I live with, but also enjoy & respect alone time; it would be great to live with someone similar.
