Hi :) this property is available from July 20th. I am looking to get a like minded flatmate to move in with me as soon as possible from this date as my flatmate is sadly moving out. The area is lovely and quiet with on street parking and a large yard.
£670 includes ALL bills.
A little bit about me:
I am 30 and work in social care. I have always gotten along well with my flatmates so it would be nice to have that dynamic again as I am looking for it to feel a home rather than in just a house share.
I am really laid back, at the same time looking for someone respectful of the house (clean and considerate) and of me as the flatmate. It would be nice to spend time together, doing stuff out of the house together as well as chilling in. I ocassionally dogsit so the flatmate must be ok with dogs.
