Hello, I'm leaving my house and looking for someone to replace me for when the contract starts. It's a 5-bedroom house with 4 other lads in West Jesmond (57 Forsyth Road). 1 year contract that starts this July. Rent is £130ppw without bills. There is a separate bills package that would also need to be signed up to.
