14 minute walk to Northumbria university, and a 18 minute walk to Newcastle university. It is 168£ per week including bills.
I am looking for someone to replace me in this house. It is a 12 month stay agreement starting on the 4th august.
There are a total of 3 people including myself leaving the house so the gender breakdown isn't exact. The gender breakdown for the people who aren't leaving is 1 male, and 2 female.
In the pictures listed below the older looking room (non carpet floor) is taken from the actual house, however it has since been refurbished since then and looks closer to the alternative picture which is 9 Lillico house. The living room has also been done up as well.
