Lovely large 2 bed flat in Jesmond

Hello, I am looking for someone to join me in this lovely Jesmond flat!

I have a great relationship with my current flatmate who is now moving in with her partner. We often eat together/ watch tv and socialise. I'm looking for a housemate with similar interests who I will hopefully get on well with :) I'm into food, cooking, and baking, running and being out in nature in addition to nice trips to the pub/ to wine bars. I am a doctor working in the RVI hospital so will have some shift work.

This is a lovely large flat with a bright kitchen diner and a separate large living room. We are in a non-student area of Jesmond close to exhibition park and walking distance to lovely cafes and restaurants. Close to Jesmond metro station and walking distance into town.

The flat is easy to keep clean, it stays warm in the winter and has lovely sunlight in the summer with large windows that open wide. We have a shared garden and fire escape which we sit out on. The parking is on street but there have been no issues parking outside and we have an additional guest permit.
