I'm looking for a female flat mate to share a lovely, bright 2-bedroom first-floor flat in Jesmond from 1st September 2026.

* I also have a kettle, toaster and an air fryer that I'm happy to share, as long as they're cleaned after use.
* Bright living room and bedroom with lots of sunlight
* Parking available

I'm an ambivert who enjoys both good company and personal space. I'd love to occasionally share dinner, watch a good movie over the weekend, or simply have a chat after work, while also respecting each other's privacy and routines.

I'm vegetarian, so I'd prefer to share the flat with another vegetarian.
